The decision on the last play-off ticket in the TTBL will be made on the last game day of the main round. On game day #21 on Tuesday, fourth-placed ASV Grünwettersbach lost 2-3 against Borussia Düsseldorf, while TTC Neu-Ulm beat TTC RhönSprudel Fulda-Maberzell 3-0 to catch up with Grünwettersbach on points. TTC Schwalbe Bergneustadt recorded the third win of the second round of the season, beating TTC Zugbrücke Grenzau 3-2.

Game day #19: Grünwettersbach remains fourth placed

The battle of six for the last play-off place in the TTBL has become a battle of four on game day #19. ASV Grünwettersbach is still in pole position due to a 3-1-win against TSV Bad Königshofen on Sunday. The team needs only one more win. ASV will face Borussia Düsseldorf on Tuesday. TTC Neu-Ulm is now in fifth place thanks to a 3-0-win over TTC Zugbrücke Grenzau. The play-off semi-final will be a repeat of last year’s final between 1. FC Saarbrücken TT and TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen.

Game day #18: Six teams are still fighting for the play-offs

Further decisions in the fight for the play-offs have been made on game day #18 of the TTBL on Friday night. Besides Borussia Düsseldorf, 1. FC Saarbrücken TT and TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen made it to the round of the last four teams. The race for fourth place, on the other hand, is coming to a head, with six teams still having a chance; ASV Grünwettersbach still has the best one. The TTBL continues on Sunday with game day #19.
