What an exciting 2nd matchday in the TTBL! The TTC RhönSprudel Fulda-Maberzell provided the surprise of the day with the 3-1 victory against the reigning champion TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen. The 1. FC Saarbrücken TT meanwhile proved their ambitions with the 3-0 win over Borussia Düsseldorf. The TTC Neu-Ulm lost on the home debut 1-3 against Post SV Mühlhausen.
