ROUND OF 16: FAVOURITES ENTER THE QUARTER FINALS, SAARBRÜCKEN WINS TOP MATCH AGAINST OCHSENHAUSEN



The Final Four is getting closer: Eight teams took the first step towards the hoped-for title in the German Table Tennis Cup on Sunday. The favourites prevailed in the round of 16, while 1. FC Saarbrücken TT beating TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen 3-1 in the top match. The reigning champion Borussia Düsseldorf won 3-0 at TTC Neu-Ulm and is also through to the next round. The 2020 champion ASV Grünwettersbach prevailed 3-0 at second-division side Hertha BSC.
